Welcome
The Knackers, a band, from a small isolated community on the north shore of Lake Superior. Geography and weather may explain in part the unique fusion of Folk /Celtic/ Rock influences that run through their music. There are echo’s of the current indie singer song writer groups from the American west coast along with older Canadian east coast music styles. The instrumentation is traditional Irish/Scots, but at the heart of it…. it’s unabashed Canadian folk music.
